Each Ombré piece is crafted on demand to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste. This approach allows us to maintain a slower, more intentional production cycle. One that values craftsmanship over mass production.
Shipping
Canada : Flat-rate shipping $20 (6–12 business days)
U.S.A. : Tracked delivery $35 (6–12 business days)
Complimentary shipping on orders over $200.

Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may require email confirmation.
If confirmation is not received within 30 days, the order will be canceled and refunded. -
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
Return & Exchange Policy
If items are defective, want an exchange or refund, we require that customers contact us within 14 days of receiving. Shipping fee cannot be refunded. Items must be in their original packaging, swing tags attached and with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect).
