Shipping Policy

Please expect 3 to 9 business days for processing orders in Canada and 7 to 14 business days for the rest of the world.

Confirm that all your order details are correct before placing the order. If your shipping and billing addresses do not match, you will be contacted by email to confirm the transaction. The order will be canceled and refunded if you do not respond to the email within 30 days. 

The buyer is responsible for all international customs and duties.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.  If items are defective, we require that customers contact us within 14 days of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, swing tags attached and with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect).

If you have received a defective, or incorrect item please mail your request at info@realmombre.com with:

  • Name on the order

  • Your order number

  • Email the order was made with

  • A photography of the damaged area of the items
